This cottage home has been beautifully remodeled and features high ceilings, fireplaces, a large private fully fenced in backyard patio with outdoor dining area and conversation area. The large master bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom. The second Guest bedroom also features a queen bed and there is another full bathroom nearby. The sunny private courtyard is just off the master suite as well as the kitchen and kitchen dining area. The kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for entertaining. There is full laundry in the garage. Parking is available in the driveway.

La Jolla Shores Beach:
La Jolla Shores Beach is a family beach where you can stroll to the beach for long walks or to just bask in the sun in the afternoon. This sandy beach stretches for miles and has been voted "best Southern California Beach" The waves are the most gentle in the San Diego area and there is a wonderful playground at the beach, Kellogg Park which is perfect for small children.

Avenida de la Playa:
The Village in La Jolla Shores along Avenida de la Playa is about a few minute walk from our cottage and boasts some of the best restaurants found in La Jolla. Choose between world class dining at Piatti, Barbarella, Osteria Romantica or La Jolla landmark casual dining options such as Jeff's Burgers, and the Cheese Shop. There is also a great Mexican restaurant and a sushi restaurant and many other dining choices. On Avenida de la Playa, you can also rent kayaks, scuba tanks, and snorkeling equipment. Many popular surf schools and surf camps are also located in the shores, so this is a convenient location for all your beach vacation activities.

This home is also within a block from the three cottages at the Shores which are available to be rented daily, weekly and monthly, so visiting friends and family would have a home close by for shorter visits.
