Affordable beach living in this two story, two bedroom, two bath remodeled Casita only a couple of blocks from Tourmaline beach. The living room downstairs features a 42" HDTV with premium cable/movie channels and HBO and SHOWTIME. There is high speed internet throughout. A washer/dryer is available for your use and the kitchen is not fancy but fully equipped to meet your needs. There is a small dining table with seating for four and a small private yard and outdoor seating as well. One of the bedrooms has a peak ocean view and the other bedroom has a small deck overlooking the garden. The beach is 2 blocks away! The newly remodeled bathrooms feature beautiful mosaic and subway tiles, pedestal sinks and cast iron tubs with shower.

Walk to several neighborhood coffee shops for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The Fishery for fine fresh seafood is a block away and for upscale dining try JRDN (Tower 23) on the ocean a few blocks away. SeaWorld is about 10 minutes away and the World famous San Diego Zoo is about 20 minutes away. La Jolla is 2.5 miles to the north and other nearby attractions include the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Disneyland (Orange County 1.5 hour drive, the La Jolla Playhouse, the La Jolla Birch Aquarium and more.
