The Coastal Casita is a tropical paradise located in north Pacific Beach in the La Jolla school district one block south of La Jolla's Bird Rock area. This beach cottage home is only a half block from Tourmaline beach, a well-known surfing, kite boarding and swimming beach that stretches on for miles to the South to Crystal Pier and beyond to the boardwalk. Head north along the beach to Bird Rock for additional surf breaks. Windansea Beach is 2.6 miles to the North.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the Coastal Casita with two TVs with premium Cable/HBO/Movies-on-Demand, VCR and DVD players. High-speed internet access is available for your laptop computers. A large custom deck with barbecue, outdoor seating and private Jacuzzi is just beyond the living room for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The lushly landscaped private yard is great for families after a long day at the beach. The hot water outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off the sand and jump into the Jacuzzi! A fully equipped kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances including a Starbucks coffee maker and complementary Starbucks coffee. A two-car garage is available for parking your cars and storing beach toys. Full-sized washer and dryer are also available.

Bird Rock (La Jolla) and Pacific Beach shopping and restaurant districts are close by for fine dining and shopping. The Coastal Casita is three miles from the Cove in La Jolla, 20 miles from San Diego International Airport and close to many popular tourist venues such as the Gaslamp District, Sea World, Lego Land, the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Balboa Park. Disneyland is one and-a-half hours away in Orange County.
