The Caribbean Cottage right next door can also be rented in conjunction with the California Classic, ideal for wedding guests or large family gatherings.

This three bedroom, two bath home features new Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout, tiled remodeled bathrooms and a chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances including a double convection oven and Bosch cook top.

The formal dining room features a large table with seating for eight. A two sided fireplace separates the living room from the dining room. A 50 meter heated swimming pool at the Coggan Aquatic Center is just a block away! There is also a bike trail nearby, which is great for dog walking, and free public tennis courts close by.
