This home can be rented in conjunction with the larger Seaside Ocean View Home as an additional apartment to accommodate Grandparents, or couples or a small family of three vacationing with a larger group. This home is close to Starbucks, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters as well as within blocks of a French Café and Bakery, a Sushi restaurant, Beaumont’s, a local Eatery, Bahia Don Bravo, for excellent Mexican food, as well as and an Italian restaurant and Matre D for superb Continental Cuisine. The ocean is only one block away, any easy stroll for spectacular sunsets.

Available weekly off season: $1000/week, $1500/week Summer and Holiday weeks, also available for short term stays (3 night minimum) or monthly longer term stays. Available monthly for $3500-$5500/month.
