Both homes feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the larger Cottage home in front is available for $2800-$4700/week and the smaller home behind it is available for $1900-2800/week, depending on the season. Summer and Holidays are at peak season rates. The two homes rented together are perfect for a large family gathering and sleep up to 16 people.

Seaside Cottage #1 is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that has been meticulously renovated to look like an English Seaside Cottage, with white shutters, window boxes and Victorian gingerbread trim. Both homes are located only one block from La Jolla Shores, one of the most popular beaches in San Diego County, and a block from the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, as well as just a 5 minute drive from La Jolla Cove and the Village of La Jolla. These homes are steps away from fine dining at Piattis, Barbarellas, as well as casual dining at Jeff's Burgers and the Cheese Sop. The Seaside Cottage #1 can accommodate up to 9 people.

The Seaside Cottage #2 is also a beautiful home featuring a nautical theme, and comfortable, well appointed furnishings. The smaller Cottage is right behind the larger home and, although the two can be rented together, they are also very private from each other when rented separately. Each home has a private terrace and garden.

The two homes are gated with a remote controlled gate for privacy and security.
